+> Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of India on military cooperation (January 28, 1993);
+> Agreement between the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of India of October 22, 1996;
+> Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of India on the creation of the Indian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation (IRIGC-MTC, October 3, 2000);
+> Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of India on mutual protection of confidential materials (October 3, 2000);
+> Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of India on the mutual protection of intellectual property rights during the MTC (December 6, 2005);
+> The “Roadmap” for the development of bilateral military cooperation between the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of India of June 23, 2017, as well as more than 20 other intergovernmental agreements in this field. At the same time, bilateral planning is mutually carried out on a long-term basis within the framework of the MTC Program for the period 2011–2020 (an intergovernmental agreement was signed on December 7, 2009.
